Program Overview
The Antigua and Barbuda government launched its citizenship by investment program in 2013 under the Citizenship by Investment Act (Act No. 2 of 2013), making it one of the more established Caribbean programs. Applicants may qualify via a donation to the National Development Fund, a real estate investment, or a contribution to the University of West Indies Fund.
Costs of Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment
- National Development Fund donation: USD 230,000
- Real estate investment: from USD 300,000
- Processing fees (family of 4 or less): USD 20,000
- Due diligence fee (main applicant): USD 8,500
Eligibility Requirements
- 18+ years of age, in good health, with no criminal record
- Successfully pass due diligence checks
- Confirmed and verifiable investment sources
- Reside for 5 days within 5 years of naturalisation
