The Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) grants non-EU nationals and their families permanent residency in Malta, an EU member state, through a combination of a government contribution, a qualifying property purchase or rental, and a donation to a registered local philanthropic organisation.
Eligibility Requirements
- Government contribution starting at €150,000 (varies by property route)
- Qualifying property purchase (min. €375,000) or lease (min. €14,000/year)
- Donation of €2,000 to a registered Maltese NGO
- Clean criminal record and proof of stable income
