Program Overview
Established in 2017, Turkey's Citizenship by Investment program allows investors and their families to obtain Turkish citizenship through approved investment options, most commonly real estate held for a minimum of three years. The program was introduced by Presidential Decree No. 106, amending Article 20 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Nationality Law.
Costs of Turkey Citizenship by Investment
- Minimum real estate investment: USD 400,000
- Land Registry fee: 4% of purchase price
- Property Value Report: approx. USD 500
- Residence permit & insurance fees per person: approx. USD 220
- Citizenship application fee: USD 100

- 18+ years of age, in good health, with no criminal record
