The Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program (NECRCP) was announced at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in 2024, offering a pathway to citizenship through direct contribution to government under the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Act No. 15 of 2024.
Costs of Nauru Citizenship by Investment
- Single applicant contribution: USD 105,000
- Family of 2-4 members: USD 110,000
- Application fee (single applicant): USD 25,000
- Due diligence fee (main applicant): USD 10,000

- 18+ years of age, in good health, with no criminal record
- Successfully pass due diligence checks
- Confirmed and verifiable investment sources
- Oath of Allegiance to Nauru
